A woman shot a baby boy in a shocking act of violence then gave a chilling reason for her appalling crime.
Dominique Billips, 28, was arrested after she shot a baby boy in the leg over a petty debt dispute. The disturbing incident unfolded as Billips heartlessly approached a couple on a local Holmesburg street, proceeded to draw a gun and menacingly aimed it at the mother’s face.
